Employee Referral Bonus Program

In recognition of referrals received from active employees and subcontractors, MS Painting Inc. will pay a $250.00 bonus for the referral of a person qualified for the following position.  Please note the bonus will only be paid if the new employee remains employed for three months.

Position:  General and Operations Commercial & Residential Paint Manager

Oversee activities directly related to providing commercial and residential painting services.  Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, and delivery of products and services.  Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.  Manage, select, and oversee staff and subcontractors, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.  Direct and coordinate company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.  Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions.  Determine goods and services to be sold and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.  Calculate amounts of required materials and estimate costs.  Locate, select, and procure merchandise and products for use in services.  Apply techniques in which the following equipment is used: air spray, rolls, paint brushes, power washer, sanding machines, boom lift, scaffolds, generators, ladders, insulation, plaster, popcorn ceilings, sheetrock, wallpaper and hangers, and sponges.  Prepare and restore interior and exterior structures.  Manage, select, and oversee masonry services.

Position requirements:

1)         Five years experience in the above described position or equivalent

Salary:  $92,000/yr.

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, M-F.
